Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We are committed to your total satisfaction with our products and services. All our artists and their work have been carefully selected for originality, style and quality craftsmanship. We try to provide accurate images of all artists' work. However, the actual item may look slightly different than the on-line image. Each item is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. In addition, some colors and finishes are particularly challenging to portray on-line. Please view images carefully and feel free to contact us if you have a question about a particular item before you make a purchase.

Shipping Information

When we receive your order, you will be notified by e-mail with an order number and ship date. We strive to ship orders quickly, usually within 48 hours. (Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday.) We try to maintain adequate stock of each item. However, because each piece of jewelry is produced by hand there may be times when we cannot fulfill your order right away. If this happens, we will notify you as to how long it will take for the item to ship.

We ship all orders 1st Class Fragile via the U.S. Postal Service according to the chart below. Please note these are minimum rates; additional postage may be required depending upon the number and/or weight of items ordered. Some items such as Earring Organizers may require an additional charge which will be noted in the product description.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Earrings and Company. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may request an exchange, online credit or refund of the cost of the item less the original shipping charge.


Please enclose the item in its original packaging and include the following:

  1. 1. Why you are returning the item (wrong color, too small, damaged, etc.)
  2. 2. How you want us to handle the return. (exchange, credit or refund)
  3. 3. Name and address to which we should send your exchange or refund
  4. 4. An e-mail address or phone number so we can contact you if we have questions.
